My Local Vine is a community guide for local events, markets, and family activities in Waxhaw, Ballantyne, and the surrounding areas. We operate at mylocalvine.com.

We collect only what we need to send you our newsletter:

• Email address — required to send you the weekly newsletter.
• First name — optional, used to personalize your emails.

We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal data.

Your email address and first name are used solely to send you the My Local Vine weekly newsletter ("Your Weekend Planner"), which contains upcoming local events and community updates. We will never use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We use the following trusted services to operate My Local Vine:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

By subscribing to My Local Vine, you agree to receive our weekly newsletter. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time — your information will be removed from our mailing list within 10 business days of your request.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every email from My Local Vine includes:

• A clear identification that the message is from My Local Vine.
• A valid physical mailing address. [Mailing address — add before going live]
• A working unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days.

We retain your email address and name for as long as you are subscribed to My Local Vine. When you unsubscribe, your information is removed from our active mailing list. You may also request permanent deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

My Local Vine is a family-friendly community guide. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
